vWZZ is a virtual airline community for flight simulation. This privacy policy applies to the public website at vwzz.eu and to the protected pilot portal used for restricted access content.

  • Your vAMSYS platform user ID and pilot username/callsign.
  • Pilot profile data returned by the vAMSYS Pilot API, including rank information and account status fields needed to determine access.

  • Any information you voluntarily send to us by email or staff contact channels.
  • Basic technical data generated by normal website usage, such as server logs, IP address, browser, and access timestamps.

3. Data Received From vAMSYS

When you sign in to the vWZZ portal using vAMSYS OAuth, we request only the data needed to identify you and determine whether you should receive approved access or be routed to the pending-access page.

This currently includes data made available through the scopes identity:basic and pilot:read. If the scopes used by the portal change in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

  • To authenticate users through vAMSYS and verify pilot identity.
  • To determine whether a user should receive approved access or pending access.
